Operational Data Foundations

DOP-303$112

About This Programme

Operational Data Foundations is a focused, one-week course designed to give new staff and trainees the core skills needed for accurate, reliable day-to-day data work. The course covers everything from setting up consistent workflows and capturing data correctly the first time, through validation techniques, document handling standards, and operational reporting.

Each day builds on the previous one, creating a practical progression from individual task reliability to team-level reporting confidence. Exercises simulate real operational scenarios — including common errors, edge cases, and the kinds of exception queues that trip up new team members.

This course is required for all incoming staff in operations, data processing, and administrative support roles. It provides the foundation for every other workflow and system used in daily operations.
