Project Management for Development (PMD Pro)
About This Programme
Designed for development professionals managing field projects, this programme walks through the full project lifecycle — from identification and design through implementation, monitoring, and closure. The course follows the PMD Pro framework used widely across NGOs, UN agencies, and bilateral donors.
Participants work through real-world project scenarios involving budget constraints, shifting timelines, stakeholder disagreements, and adaptive management. Each module includes structured exercises that mirror the types of decisions project managers face in humanitarian and development contexts.
By the end, learners have produced a complete project plan with logframe, budget, risk register, and stakeholder analysis — ready for donor submission or institutional review.
