About This Programme
The Higher Certificate in Home Care Operations and Client Support Administration Tessmora Professional Standard prepares learners to organise and support safe, respectful home-care services. It combines caregiving practice with the administrative discipline needed to plan visits, maintain records, communicate with families and coordinate a dependable care team. Tuition is USD 120.
The programme is built around person-centred care, dignity, independence, safeguarding, infection prevention, safe mobility, nutrition and hydration, medication-support boundaries, accurate records and escalation. It does not replace a regulated nursing or clinical licence; learners must follow the laws, scope-of-practice rules and supervision requirements of the country and employer where they work.
Learners practise turning an individual support plan into clear daily routines, documenting observations without judgement, recognising changes that require escalation, handling confidential information and working respectfully with clients, relatives, clinicians and social-care colleagues.
Assessment combines module checks, scenario exercises, a home-support operations portfolio and a final client-support plan demonstrating safe, ethical and well-coordinated care.
